_Dishonour of Cheque - Cheque issued for repayment of borrowed amount was dishonoured for want of sufficient funds - Accused did not step into witness box to state that he had not signed cheque - Handwriting expert opined that signatures on cheque were not of accused - But it was only opinion and not conclusive - Accused also failed to explain how cheque came into hands of complainant - Accused liable to be convicted._
