seizure of sequestration, pension or money due or to become due on account of any such pension and this would include the commuted pension also exempted from Attachment

"In Union of India V. Wing Commander (1987) 1 SCC 551),

 the Supreme Court held that Section 11 of the Pensions Act protects from attachment, seizure of sequestration, pension or money due or to become due on account of any such pension and this would include the commuted pension also
