(i) Deputy Commercial Tax Officer, Thudiyalur Assessment Circle, Coimbatore and another v. R.K.Steels reported in 1998 (I) CTC 124 and 

(ii) A.Senthil Kumar and another v. Assistant Commissioner (CT) and others reported in 

2011 (1) CTC 828.
