Minor's property has been sold by the mother of the minor, without obtaining the permission of the District Court - sale is liable to be cancelled at the instance of the minor

In this decision, it has been held that when the minor's property has been sold by the mother of the minor, without obtaining the permission of the District Court and it was not established that the sale was for the benefit of the minor, then the said sale is liable to be cancelled at the instance of the minor
