Land situate in Kanyakumari District - Registered in Kerala - the sale deed should be considered as fictitious and the sale deed is illegal and void

wherein this Court held that in the case of a land situate in Kanyakumari District, the vendor executed sale deed and registered the same in the office of Sub Registrar, Parasala Village, Kerala State and if the vendor did not possess or own strip of land situate in Kerala State, the sale deed should be considered as fictitious and the sale deed is illegal and void in its entirely as it constitutes fraud on registration
