PRAYER: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the judgment and decree dated 09.09.2020 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Vellore at Ranipet in A.S.No.46 of 2017 (A.S.No.187 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore) reversing the judgment and decree dated 18.04.2017 passed by the Subordinate Judge, Arakkonam in O.S.No.73 of 2015.
