Validity - Tenants had produced adangal receipts for Fasli year1416-1418 to establish that they
were cultivating suit agricultural properties - As suit properties were agricultural in nature,
absence of written lease agreement is not fatal for case of tenants - Personal cultivation of suit
property by absentee landlord or by his manager, was not established - Declaration, proper.
