Status of properties - Trust deed was created for preservation of trust properties - Charities and
religious endowments were vested in State including Khasgi properties - Properties described
in Part 'B' of schedule to Trust Deed were transferred to autonomous Khasgi Trust on its
incorporation - State Government never disputed that Khasgi properties listed in Trust Deed
were Trust properties of Khasgi Trust - Held, properties incorporated in Part 'B' of the Schedule
to Trust Deed continue to be government properties vesting in Khasgi Trust.
