Electricity Act (36 of 2003), S.43 - Electric connection - Entitlement - Person in settled

occupation of property is entitled to get electric connection - Denial of connection on ground that

civil suit is pending challenging ownership of property, improper - However, electric connection

given to petitioner shall not create any special right or equity in his favour - It will be open

to petitioner as well as objector to raise their respective contentions in respect of ownership of

property in civil suit pending between them.
