TAMIL NADU DOCUMENT WRITERS LICENSE RULES, 1987, Rule 21(1)- Attestation of Last Will and Testament by Document Writer - Permissibility and validity of such attestation Document Writer's Rules prohibit Document Writers to attest or identify Testator of Will Attestation of Will considered as violating prohibita contained in Rules Held, in any event, it cannot be presumed to invalidate attestation of Will, and at best can be a violation of Rules Further clarified, no violation of even Code of Conduct of Rules, as Attesting Witness did not hold Document Writer's License at time of attesting Will and License procured only subsequently.
